2. Membership and Recurring Payments

EZee Commerce operates on a membership-based model with various tiers (Basic, Standard, Premium/Business).

Some plans are based on a recurring subscription model. By subscribing, you authorize EZee Commerce to charge the membership fee at the specified intervals (e.g., Monthly).

Failure to renew a membership may result in the suspension of automated services and access to restricted community groups.
3. Affiliate Program and Commissions

Members may participate in the EZee Commerce Affiliate Program.

We offer a 50% commission on successful referrals for specific membership plans.

For recurring plans, the 50% commission is paid upon each successful renewal by the referred member.

Commissions are processed and paid out according to our internal payout schedule. We reserve the right to withhold commissions in cases of fraudulent activity or self-referral abuse.
4. Triple Income Strategy and Monetization

EZee Commerce provides tools for users to monetize their own business, our affiliate program, and third-party ad networks (like Google AdSense).

While we provide the platform and tools, EZee Commerce does not guarantee specific earnings or revenue amounts. Your success depends on your individual effort, market conditions, and compliance with third-party platform policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, EZee Tech and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on EZee Commerce. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from EZee Commerce for your own personal business use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Content

8. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pakistan for the resolution of any disputes.
